“…And "The Angry Skies: A Cambodian Journey," a documentary written by Dr. Blake Kerr of Wainscott, is a study of the reign of the Khmer Rouge, told from the perspective of some of its former leaders responsible for the deaths of some two million of their fellow Cambodians. A one-hour, abridged version will be shown on Oct. 24.

Dr. Kerr, 46, is a medical doctor who runs a walk-in clinic in Wainscott. But documenting human rights abuses in Asia, which began as a sideline for him, has become a calling. "Angry Skies" is not his first effort on the subject…”
